Determining and implementing design methodologies and toolsets
Enabling application development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities.
Being able to lead/support UAT and production rollouts.
Creating, understanding, and validating WBS and estimated effort for a given module/task, and being able to justify it.

Giving constructive feedback to the team members and setting clear expectations.
Helping the team in troubleshooting and resolving complex bugs
Coming up with solutions to any issue that is raised during code/design review and being able to justify the decision taken.
Carrying out POCs to make sure that suggested designs/technologies meet the requirements.
Experience in Data Power development, e.g., developing MPGW, WSP, XML Firewall, etc.
Strong knowledge in XML, WSDL, XSLT, JSON, XML Schema, and XPATH.
Should have experience with DataPower security concepts (AAA, WS-Security, encryption, digital signatures, etc).
Experience working with application teams to design and implement SSL/TLS and Crypto Configuration Objects like Crypto Certificates, Crypto Keys, Crypto Credentials, and Crypto Profiles on DataPower appliances
Good troubleshooting skills with overall knowledge of DataPower features/concepts.
Understanding DataPower logs and configuring logging for troubleshooting needs when needed.
Experience working with SOAP/REST-based Web Services
