Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective job descriptions.
Source candidates using various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking).
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate technical interviews and assessments with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns.
Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
2–4 years of proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within engineering, construction, or technical industries.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
Familiarity with ATS and HR software is an advantage.
Fluent in English (written and spoken); Arabic is a plus.
