- Own and manage a multi-quarter product roadmap aligned with team and business objectives, including problem definition, prioritization rationale, success metrics, and trade-off decisions.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering teams to deliver high-quality, API-first backend and mobile-first features on time.
- Partner with Design teams to create high-quality, user-centric UI and UX experiences.
- Develop comprehensive Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) with clear acceptance criteria and phased delivery plans.
- Define and own product KPIs, establish reporting frameworks, and contribute to business and performance reviews.
- Ensure adherence to governance standards, including data privacy, security, compliance, auditability, and data quality.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration and alignment with Growth and Commercial teams while proactively managing risks.
- Leverage AI tools responsibly to enhance productivity and accelerate product delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Management Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience for junior-level roles or 6+ years for senior-level roles in SaaS, fintech, e-commerce, or large-scale digital platforms.
- Native-level proficiency in Arabic and English, with strong executive-level written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience delivering API-first, scalable SaaS products within KPI- and OKR-driven environments.
- Strong habit of gathering customer insights, running experiments, and making data-driven product decisions.
- High proficiency in analytics and reporting tools such as Power BI, Looker, or equivalent platforms.
- Demonstrated attention to governance requirements, including privacy, security, compliance, and auditability.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results in environments with incomplete data and evolving priorities.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with a record of delivering well-documented and error-free product initiatives.
- Strong familiarity with AI and LLM tools, with awareness of data security and responsible usage.
- Advanced SQL skills or a strong willingness to develop expertise in this area.
