Admin and Finance Officer

Finance:
- Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets, financial reports, and donor reporting requirements
- Process payments, track expenses, and ensure proper documentation of all financial transactions
- Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems in compliance with organizational and donor policies
- Support monthly reconciliation of accounts and assist with audits as needed
- Ensure timely submission of financial data to relevant departments and donors
Administration:
- Manage day-to-day office operations, supplies, and logistical arrangements
- Maintain and update administrative records, databases, and contact lists
- Assist with organizing meetings, workshops, and events, including logistics and documentation
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including filing and archiving
- Support HR functions such as timesheet collection, leave tracking, and personnel files
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in finance and administration within a non-profit or NGO setting
- Basic understanding of accounting principles, donor regulations, and financial reporting
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; experience with accounting software is a plus
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information
