Responsibilities and Qualifications 

  • Build and improve relationships with customers, key suppliers, and partners.
  • Review company practices to ensure clients get maximum satisfaction from their purchases.
  • Identify potential opportunities and follow up.
  • Educate and inform clients about the company’s products, services, and special offers.
  • Attend to client complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and recommend ways of improving client satisfaction.
  • Work with internal departments to ensure the company meets clients’ expectations.
  • Perform outbound calls to prospective users/registrants/leads.
  • Deliver prepared sales talks and scripts that describe the company’s services with the goal to convert leads into live trading accounts.
  • Consistent follow-up with clients via phone calls, emails, and other channels through the full client activation process.
  • Assist clients with inquiries on the trading platforms, products, onboarding, funding procedures, and more Participate in the company’s sales activities and promotional campaigns for customer acquisition and conversion.
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
  • Stay informed about the financial markets, look for new opportunities, understand client’s needs, and establish credibility with clients.
  • Collaborate with team members and managers to achieve better results.
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.
