Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of high-quality, tailored proposals and bids for healthcare informatics projects. This includes analyzing client requirements, designing solution approaches, and crafting persuasive content.
  • Manage the entire bid lifecycle, from identifying new opportunities to submission.
  • Coordinate bid activities, ensuring all stakeholders meet deadlines and deliverables.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in healthcare informatics to enhance proposal content and strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with subject matter experts, sales teams, and technical specialists to gather necessary information and insights for proposal development.
  • Maintain a repository of proposal templates, boilerplate content, and case studies to streamline the proposal creation process.
  • Support other teams with content generation and related sales/marketing materials.
  • Ensure all proposals comply with client requirements, industry regulations, and company standards. Conduct quality checks to maintain consistency and accuracy in proposals.
  • Identify and assess potential risks associated with proposals, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and materials for client meetings and presentations during the bidding process.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners to understand their needs and preferences, incorporating them into proposal strategies.
  • Maintain records of all bid activities, outcomes, and lessons learned to improve future bidding efforts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in bid and proposal management, preferably within the healthcare or healthcare informatics sector.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in proposal development tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
