  • Ensure guest satisfaction by overseeing all aspects of guest services, including check-in/check-out procedures, and reservations. 
  • Monitor guest feedback and implement strategies to continuously enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise hotel staff members, including front desk personnel, housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments as required.
  • Supervise the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including front desk operations, housekeeping, maintenance, food and beverage services, and other departments.
  • Prepare and manage the hotel's budget, including revenue forecasts, expense control, and profit objectives.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain guests.
  • Coordinate with maintenance staff to promptly address any maintenance or repair issues.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and rectify potential safety hazards or non-compliance issues.


  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
  • Proficient in using hotel management software and other relevant computer applications.
  • Knowledge of local market trends, customer preferences, and industry best practices.
