Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs and initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.
Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for employees at various levels.
Deliver both in-person and virtual training sessions, ensuring content is effectively communicated and understood by participants.
Analyze training feedback and evaluation results to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for program enhancement.
Research and recommend new training methodologies, tools, and technologies to enhance learning experiences.
Build strong relationships with employees at all levels to understand their training requirements and provide ongoing support.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical skills.
