Responsibilities
Determines annual gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; and analyzing trends and results.
Ensure accurate forecasting and demand planning for the growth of the market.
Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales volumes for regions and Key accounts.
Implementing and managing the total sales and in-store marketing plans in Jordan and neighboring countries.
Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price in keeping with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
Completes sales department requirements by scheduling and assigning employees.
Managing all trade channels and key account relationships.
Maintains national sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
Maintains national sales staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifications
University degree, MBA is a plus or At least 5 years experience in the FMCG sector.
Excellent communication skills – written and verbal (fluent in English and Arabic).
Hands-on experience in managing distributors and Key Accounts.
Market Knowledge, Developing Budgets o Motivation for Sales, Sales Planning.
Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize.
High interpersonal skills.
The analytical, self-initiative, result oriented.
Flexible, committed, and passionate about the job.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
