Responsibilities

  • Elaborate business development plans and strategies, design and implement processes to support business growth, through customer and market definition, and collaboration within the organization to deliver profitable growth.
  • Implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel designed to accommodate the rapid growth objectives of the department.
  • Develop, monitor, and implements policies and procedures appropriate to the Inbound Dept.
  • Develops marketing action plans that clearly define objectives, goals, schedules, and assignments to implement and achieve targeted opportunities.
  • Manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Smart goals through a performance management system.
  • Analyze and develop the department's quality assurance work process and suggest innovative ways to improve work processes and technology.
  • Tracks and communicates revenue and performance results.
  • Budget Responsibility for the department.
  • Ensures that company back-office operations comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Explore and cultivate new markets for the company.
