Responsibilities
- Oversee the preparation and accuracy of financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Develop and manage budgeting and forecasting processes to support business planning.
- Conduct financial analysis to provide insights for cost optimization and strategic decision-making.
- Ensure adherence to financial policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor cash flow, financial risks, and liquidity to ensure business stability.
- Implement and improve financial reporting systems and processes for enhanced efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and operational improvements.
- Support audits, tax filings, and other financial compliance requirements.
- Utilize ERP systems and financial software for accurate data management and reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification is a plus).
- 6 to 8 years of experience in financial control, accounting, and financial reporting.
- Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and compliance.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Effective communication and leadership skills to work collaboratively across departments.
