Senior Applications Implementer

- Responsible for implementing applications in different HRMS Projects.
- Analyzes business and user needs, documents requirements, and designs, and specifies functional and technical solutions.
- Takes ownership of problems or support issues that arise in the operation of assigned business systems, ensuring that all issues are resolved in an expedient fashion and to user satisfaction.
- Works with all company teams to implement and support production environments and participates in the ongoing analysis of new releases, including setting up testing, and implementation when appropriate.
- Works with end-users to provide functional and technical expertise for system issues.
- Deliver functional consulting and education services at customer sites.
- Build know-how and develop expertise in domain field products.
- Provide daily activity reporting against plans and schedules.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years experience in the implementation of HRMS applications, preferably with SAP HRMS experience.
- Proven implementation experience (at least 2 full life cycle implementations).
