Strategy Director – Safety, Security, and Fire Protection

Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement a cohesive national strategy for safety, security, and fire protection, ensuring alignment with organizational and governmental goals.
- Conduct risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation measures.

Policy Development and Compliance:
- Formulate and update policies, procedures, and standards in alignment with international best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with legal and industry-specific safety and security standards.

Leadership and Collaboration:
- Lead multidisciplinary teams to execute strategic initiatives and projects effectively.
- Collaborate with government bodies, emergency services, and private sectors to foster a unified approach to safety and security.

Program Development and Oversight:
- Design and manage nationwide programs for fire prevention, emergency preparedness, and risk management.
- Oversee the implementation of advanced technologies and systems to enhance security and fire protection capabilities.

Training and Awareness:
- Develop and deliver national awareness campaigns and training programs to promote a culture of safety and preparedness.
- Establish benchmarks for continuous improvement through performance metrics and audits.

Crisis Management:
- Lead national-level crisis response efforts, coordinating with relevant agencies during emergencies to ensure swift and effective actions.
- Conduct post-incident reviews to refine response protocols and improve outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Safety Management, Security Studies, Fire Protection Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in a leadership role within safety, security, or fire protection.
- Expertise in policy development, risk management, and compliance with safety and security standards.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale strategic initiatives and cross-sector collaborations.
- Strong understanding of national and international safety and fire protection regulations and standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
