- Manage the end-to-end delivery of training projects, ensuring that all objectives are met within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align training initiatives with organizational goals and business requirements.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans for training programs, including milestones, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Monitor and report on the progress of training initiatives, identifying potential risks or issues and proactively managing them.
- Ensure that all training programs are compliant with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of training programs.
- Lead a team of training coordinators, providing direction, mentorship, and performance management.
- Provide regular updates and status reports to senior management on training program progress, outcomes, and results.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
- Drive the development and implementation of standardized processes and methodologies for training project management.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on training or learning and development.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., PMP, Agile).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Experience with training needs analysis, design, and implementation.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
