Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance to all PMI and legal standards, policies, and guidelines related to Environment, Health, Safety, and Sustainability to prevent personnel, asset, or societal loss.
- Provide Quality support and expertise in order to improve products and Quality systems.
- Ensure timely quality support in case of any quality problems encountered on products, providing quality risk assessment and an accurate action plan/solution that immediately reduces the negative impact on the Quality and production KPIs.
- Establish a system to identify and segregate all non-conforming intermediate and finished products whether identified at the warehouse, at the laboratory, on the floor, or post-production.
- Support the manufacturing team in the establishment and revision of the batch documentation, providing guidance on data and record management.
- Challenge all the standard processes and products in order to propose productivity initiatives
- Contribute to the full-year pillar plan definition and implementation aligned with the OPEN Phase journey.
Qualifications
- A master's degree in Biological Sciences, Physical Sciences, Engineering, or equivalent qualifications through demonstrated experience.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a Production, Quality, or similar environment.
- Familiarity with international standards (ISO), advanced knowledge of quality tools, root cause analysis, analytical skills, and statistical tools. Ability to convert data into actionable information with strong reporting skills.
- Fluent in English.
