Responsible for maintaining, developing, and updating the systems for monitoring leads, proposals, wins, and losses in a manner to give clear reporting to management. In addition, good databases of Project
Descriptions, Photos & Images, Clients, and CVs will be developed to embrace all business units of the group.
Responsible for designing and writing bids and proposals to meet the requirements of the RFPs and to be presented in good English and Arabic script as appropriate with appropriate graphics and illustrations.
Assist in identifying and following up on leads and recording them on the marketing databases and systems and then working with the concerned business unit(s) in developing them into winning proposals.
Carry out web and other research into possible affiliates, strategic alliances along with any required arrangements with sub-consultants or the formation of Joint Ventures.
Responsible for reading and analyzing terms of reference for opportunities and in making an initial assessment of proposal worthiness by filling out forms
Ensure that any proposals’ graphical presentation is in line with the firm’s accepted guidelines and brand.
Prepare data for clients, competitor analysis.
Do research on vendors’ and competitors’ products
Contributes and participates in achieving the marketing team goals as set by management and strategy.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture.
A minimum of 3 - 8 years of work experience as a Business Development Representative, or similar role.
