- Identify and target prospective customers through effective market research, lead generation, and networking strategies.
- Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand customer pain points, challenges, and objectives.
- Present the company's products and solutions in a compelling and persuasive manner, emphasizing the unique value proposition.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within existing customer accounts.
- Conduct regular account reviews to understand customer satisfaction, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and ensure customer retention.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead qualification to contract negotiation and closing deals.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies, including pipeline management, forecasting, and target achievement.
- Leverage CRM software and sales tools to track and report on sales activities, monitor sales performance, and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team, marketing, and other departments to align on sales strategies, share customer insights, and drive collective success.
- Provide input and feedback on market trends, competitive intelligence, and customer needs to shape product development and sales strategies.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills through training, workshops, and self-learning initiatives.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sales Account Executive.
- Demonstrated success in acquiring new customers and achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and long-term relationship building.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
