Responsibilities:
- Analyze business and sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences.
- Provide actionable insights to enhance sales performance and achieve business objectives.
- Present findings to the teams to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives.
- Formulating ways for businesses to improve, based on previous research.
- Maintaining a competitive market knowledge.
- Tracking and reporting data.
- Will assist Commercial and Finance sectors.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or a related field.
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Strong written, verbal, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Preferably experience in the FMCG Industry as a Business Analyst.
