Responsibilities:

  • Able to cover the main tasks of the department and supervising the organization of all matters related to the department team's work organization.
  • Manage and evaluate automated processes and applications, conduct internal review, auditing, accounting systems, and the company's machinery resources and assets effectively, and provide the necessary suggestions to ensure their rational use and within the company's strategic direction ensure the validity of internal processes.
  • Prepare and review the company’s budget in coordination with the company’s various departments and presenting it to the CEO.
  • Plan, develop automated strategies and coordinate work within the automated management, control, and direction.
  • Prepare the necessary periodic reports to analyze the results of the company’s activities from a mechanical perspective and compare them to plans and budgets, and provide the necessary suggestions and recommendations.
  • Prepare financing structures, their sources, sources of spending, prepare a statement of cash flows, and sub-mechanism budgets, while managing all financial affairs, including accounts, revenues, and expenses, ensure proper performance, and achieve coherence and integration among them.
  • Ensure implementing regulations, decisions, and instructions related to automated affairs by circulating them to the relevant authorities to ensure transparency in the company’s automated practices.
  • Communicate and coordinate with governmental and financing agencies, exchanging data and information in accordance with the rules and instructions related to this task.
  • Compiles, generates, and presents automated reports detailing the amounts and balances of current accounts, and conducts analysis on the company’s financial assets and endowments.
  • Prepare the annual budget and final financial statements in accordance with international accounting standards and submit it to the CEO for approval.
  • Control over expenditures and expenses, study the causes of negative and positive deviations from the general budget, and evaluate special proposals to address these deviations.
  • Monitor the technical and administrative performance of the Administrative Affairs Department, set standards to measure the performance and productivity of its affiliated units, and ensure that work is progressing in accordance with approved policies and procedures.
  • Collaborates with the CEO to identify new financing opportunities, develop budgets for these prospects, and ascertain the associated service costs.
  • Contributes to the search for appropriate financing sources with the highest levels of efficiency, and represents the company before banks and financing agencies.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree as a minimum in the field of automation, accounting, or related disciplines.
  • 10 years of experience in the field of automated affairs, with at least 3 years specifically in the automated services sector.
  • 5 years of administrative experience in individual management.
  • Advanced training courses in business or any work-related fields.
  • Knowledge of company policies, procedures, applications and systems.
  • Familiarity with the instructions, laws and regulations of the Central Bank.
  • High level of compliance with the laws and instructions of government agencies.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs.
