Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and define database requirements for various projects.
• Design, develop, and maintain databases to ensure data integrity and optimal performance.
• Conduct thorough analysis and validation of data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Optimize database performance through indexing, query optimization, and other tuning techniques.
• Utilize PL/SQL for efficient database development and maintenance.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for database-related issues.
• Continuously work on optimizing database solutions to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Develop and optimize ETL (extract, transform, load) processes to help extract and manipulate data from multiple sources.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Up to 2 years of experience in database development.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management systems (DBMS)
• Proficiency in PL/SQL
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience with database design principles and normalization.
• Knowledge of banking systems or financial databases is a plus.
• Experience with ETL is a plus.
• Experience with SSIS is a plus.
• Experience with SQL Server Management Studio is a plus.
