Requirements:
- Evaluate and verify the organization’s processes, products, and services for compliance with International Organization for Standardization (ISO) standards.
- Prepare audit plans and conduct internal audits.
- Prepare detailed reports and provide recommendations to improve compliance and performance.
- Conduct Internal Audits: Plan and execute internal audits to evaluate the organization’s compliance with ISO standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, etc.
- Audit Planning: Develop comprehensive audit plans based on the organization's processes and standards.
- Compliance Verification: Assess and verify the effectiveness of the organization’s processes, systems, and procedures in meeting ISO requirements.
- Report Preparation: Prepare detailed and accurate audit reports, including findings, conclusions, and recommendations for corrective actions.
- Improvement Recommendations: Provide actionable recommendations to improve compliance, efficiency, and effectiveness of processes.
- Follow-Up: Monitor and follow up on the implementation of corrective actions and improvements.
- Documentation Review: Review and assess documentation, records, and practices for adherence to ISO standards.
Qualifications:
- Experience 4-5 years, preferably in two different companies, as an ISO auditor or in risk-based audits.
- Preferred Industries FMCGs, Consultancy, Audit.
- Education Degree in Business, Engineering, or Supply Chain.
- Certifications Certified ISO Lead Auditor (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001) from recognized certification bodies like IRCA or equivalent (highly preferable).
- Languages Fluency in Arabic and English is a must.
