Responsibilities
- Ensures compliance to all PMI and legal standards, policies, and guidelines related to Environment, Health, Safety, and Sustainability to prevent personnel, asset, or societal loss.
- Ensures compliance to all PMI and Legal standards and guidelines related to the Quality of incoming materials, SFGs, and FGs in line with the QMS.
- Prepare and update standard settings and troubleshooting list of machines/processes and inform line crews, technical services team, and other impacted employees.
- Analyse and improve the production processes using proper Open+tool in order to eliminate losses.
- Provide all relevant information for the smooth running of production in/between teams, as well as to the support group and project managers in order to ensure optimal monitoring of the problems encountered and to share experiences and knowledge in order to continually increase competencies and expertise.
- Implement and propose improvements of Standard work process defined in Pillars (AM steps, PM, quality factor, problem solving SWP, etc)
Qualifications
- Technical School (Secondary Technical School or Technical University) or equivalent education.
- Overall experience: 1 year of experience in an industrial environment or similar activities.
- Mechnical-specific skills
- Troubleshooting skills
- Basic IT skills (Office)
- Local language
