Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads for the company’s product. This may involve identifying potential customers through research and outreach, creating marketing campaigns, and building relationships with potential clients.
  • Support the sales team by providing them with qualified leads and assisting with the sales process as needed.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to encourage retention and upselling.
  • Analyze lead generation and sales data to identify trends, make informed decisions, and report on the success of various strategies.
  • Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and consistency across the organization.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and customer needs to continuously improve the lead generation process.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above, with over 2 years of relevant working experience in a large and complex organization.
  • Proactive, self-starter with a strong work ethic who is comfortable working in a fast-paced working environment. 
  • Good at crisis management.
  • Possess good ownership execution and communication skills, with more than two years of policy or project management experience.
  • A team player who is adaptable and willing to pitch in to support colleagues and the growth of the business.
  • Work in partnership effectively with people from different disciplines and cultures.
  • Experience in CRM (Customer Relationship Management).
