Junior Operation and Logistics Officer

- Coordinate shipping, receiving, and distribution processes to ensure the smooth flow of goods.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of transportation methods and logistics networks to optimize delivery timelines and costs.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and international trade requirements for imported and exported goods.
- Assist in the coordination of logistics activities, including inventory management, order processing, and warehouse operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze supply chain data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Support the development and execution of logistics strategies and plans to meet customer service level agreements.
- Participate in the implementation of new logistics technologies and systems to streamline operations.
- Cooperate with suppliers, vendors, and customers to resolve logistical issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and performance metrics to keep stakeholders informed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably in the FMCG, packaging, or manufacturing industry.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate shipping, receiving, and distribution processes.
- Strong understanding of transportation methods and logistics networks.
- Familiarity with customs regulations and international trade compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in managing import/export documentation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
- Proficient in using logistics software, spreadsheets, and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry best practices in logistics and operations.
