Head of the Financial Department

- Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities.
- Ensure full compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial laws.
- Manage cash flow, investments, and financial risks to optimize financial performance.
- Provide in-depth financial analysis to support executive decision-making.
- Prepare and present financial reports to the board, senior leadership, and external stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to ensure high performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to align financial processes and objectives.
- Review and monitor costs, expenses, and revenues.
- Review accounts and reconcile them with bank accounts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA/CFA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in financial accounting and internal auditing for the financial department, with at least 4 years in a leadership position.
- Strong knowledge of corporate finance, financial planning, and reporting.
- Experience in banks, financial companies, or large corporations.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Very good command of the English language, with strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Experience in managing compliance, audits, and financial risk.
