Responsibilities:
- The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads
- Meeting with clients
- Conducting sales presentations
- Negotiating sales, and maintaining client relationships
- The sales executive will create proposals, monitor competitors, and collaborate with the marketing team
- Handle customer complaints
- Gather market and customer information
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- MUST have experience in Fit-out, Real-estate/ Broker experience & background
- Sales skills, negotiation skills, and customer service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to develop and maintain client relationships
- Experience in the interior design or architecture industry is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
