Oversee the conceptualization and creation of visual materials for marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, ensuring high-quality and consistent design outputs.
Maintain and evolve the company's brand identity, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines in all visual communications.
Work closely with marketing, product management, and development teams to understand project requirements and deliver impactful design solutions.
Review and approve designs, artwork, photography, and graphics created by team members.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design innovations, integrating them into the design strategy.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.

Minimum of 4-6 years of professional graphic design experience, including at least 2 years in a senior or lead designer role.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience with motion graphics and video editing software is a plus.
Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills and creativity.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and articulate design concepts to non-design stakeholders.
Proven ability to lead and inspire a design team, manage projects, and meet deadlines effectively.
