- Support the Finance Manager in all the financial arrangements of the project including processing of financial transactions, budgeting, recording, and reporting.
- Enter financial and project data into project accounting systems and update financial records.
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports.
- Collect and review data for reports.
- Analyze, evaluate, and control disbursements/receipts, as well as expenditure variances against approved budgets.
- Review invoices, and contribute to the preparation and processing of monthly accounts.
- Provide financial status reports to the Finance Manager.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting practices.
- Working knowledge of accounting software.
- University Degree in accounting, business, finance, or any related field.
