- 1. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company goals and objectives.
- 2. Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- 3. Oversee employee performance management, including performance evaluations, coaching, and disciplinary actions when necessary.
- 4. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations by staying up-to-date with changes in legislation and implementing necessary measures
- .5. Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
- 6. Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- 7. Handle employee relations matters by providing guidance on conflict resolution and conducting investigations as needed.
- 8. Collaborate with management to develop strategies for talent retention and succession planning.
- 9. Maintain accurate HR records, including personnel files, attendance records, and employee data in compliance with privacy laws.
- 10. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes.
- 1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 2. Proven experience as an HR Supervisor or similar role within the FMCG industry.
- 3. Solid knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and best practices.
- 4. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
- 5. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to effectively convey complex information.
- 6. Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- 7. Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
- 8. Proficiency in HRIS systems and other HR-related software.
- 9. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
