  • Lead a team of telesales representatives.

  • Proven experience in telesales or a similar role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong motivational and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
