  • Proper management of Project Pipeline till the award stage.
  • CRM through continuous visits and updating Customer dataBase.
  • Daily navigation for New CAC opportunities.
  • Achieve Yearly Sales target.
  • Identify and direct approach to big Corporate Accounts.
  • Understand customer needs and propose products and solutions accordingly.
  • Make Air Conditioning System design through the company's Software.
  • Monitor and follow up installation process & commissioning in ongoing projects.
  • Develop account plans and identify internal/external resources required to accomplish goals.
  • Manage & Monitor Air Conditioning stocks owned accounts.



  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC or Refrigeration Engineering or any related field.
  • 3 - 7 years experience in sales for VRF, HVAC, and mechanical products.
  • Knowledge of the CAC Business sales and market trends.
  • Good Technical understanding of CAC Systems (VRF).
  • B2B project experience.
  • Strong Customer orientation, strong communication, and presentation skills.
  • Good learner and continuous self Capabilities enhancement.
  • Self-starter, innovative, and able to work independently.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
