Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance to legal standards, policies, and guidelines related to environment, health, safety, and sustainability to prevent personnel, asset, or societal loss.
- Act as an expert and support the production and supporting teams for all queries related to the product quality/process/systems used in production.
- Create and develop supporting documentation to simplify the transfer of knowledge and facilitate production data management.
- Act as a single point of contact for leading global/regional productivity initiatives.
- Conduct Loss Analysis of key productivity KPIs and develop an action plan to eliminate the gap.
- Lead/participate in the Productivity Office as an SME or Project leader to eliminate loss.
- Lead stock count activities for the factory with the support of relevant parties.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferably industrial.
- 2+ years’ experience in production.
- Fluent in oral and written English.
- Integrated working system knowledge.
- Communication Skills.
- Problem Solving Skills.
- Decision Making.
- MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
