Responsibilities:

  • Manage HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and benefits administration.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to support the organization's objectives.
  • Provide guidance and training to managers on HR-related matters such as employee engagement, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute HR initiatives that support the overall business strategy.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR technology systems and digital workflows.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and practices.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in the FMCG, banking, or pharmaceutical industries.
  • PHR or aPHRI certification.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in data analysis and HR metrics reporting.
  • Experience in change management and project management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset.
