- Evaluate the current T24 system, particularly as a trading platform and order management system (OMS).
- Break down the functionality of T24 modules, including OMS.
- Review processes and documentation related to the existing OMS.
- Analyze internal and external system interfaces connected to OMS.
- Help define business requirements for the future OMS.
- Lead workshops with stakeholders to assess current technical capabilities and customizations.
- Identify integration gaps between internal and external systems with T24 and OMS.
- Assess technical issues and limitations of the current OMS.
- Review the architecture of the current OMS, including application, data, integration, and security.
- Assist in finalizing technical and non-functional requirements for the new OMS.
- Provide recommendations on whether to enhance or upgrade the current T24 solution.
- Define which functionalities will remain in T24 and which will move to the new OMS.
- Design the target functional and technical blueprint for T24 and the OMS.
- List integrations that will transition from T24 to the new OMS.
Qualifications:
- Functional and technical evaluation of the T24 application, including the OMS module.
- Support in defining business and technical requirements for the future OMS.
- High-level target functional and technical landscape for T24 and OMS.
- Recommendations on upgrading or keeping the current T24 solution based on requirements.
