Responsibilities
- Ensures compliance to all PMI and legal standards, policies, and guidelines related to Environment, Health, Safety, and Sustainability to prevent personnel, asset, or societal loss.
- Ensures compliance to all PMI and Legal standards and guidelines related to the Quality of incoming materials, SFGs, and FGs in line with the QMS.
- Ensure the respect of change management process for technical (digital/eletronical/automation) process modification.
- Analyse and improve the production processes using proper Open tools in order to eliminate losses.
- Proactively act as a member of an autonomous/self-sufficient team to drive cultural transformation as per the Open+/IOS journey Coach others in PM Pillar tools.
- Implement and propose improvements of the Standard work process defined in Pillars (AM steps, PM, quality factor, problem-solving SWP, etc)
Qualifications
- Technical education in Electronics (Secondary Technical School or Technical University).
- Overall experience: 1 year of experience in an industrial environment or similar activities.
- Basic English skills.
- Skills in automation, troubleshooting, and basic IT skills (Office).
