Responsibilities
- Perform routine analyses and technical activities to monitor raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products.
- Plan and conduct physical/chemical tests on product quality according to established procedures.
- Ensure calibration and accuracy of laboratory instruments, performing calibration verification as needed.
- Investigate deviations and resolve non-conformities, defining corrective actions using problem-solving tools.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance product quality and efficiency.
- Ensure proper storage and identification of retention samples in line with standards.
- Communicate key information to colleagues to ensure smooth quality processes and meet productivity targets.
- Maintain logbooks and ensure traceability of all data according to QMS requirements.
Qualifications
- Technical school (laboratory) or Master’s Degree in Chemistry or a relevant discipline.
- At least 1 year of experience in the laboratory field (QA or industrial experience is a plus).
- Fluency in the local language and English.
- Knowledge of international standards (ISO) and quality tools.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in root cause analysis and statistical tools.
- Ability to transform data into information and generate reports effectively.
