Responsibilities
- Ensure customer requirements are clearly understood, met, and delivered on time.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, building strong relationships with key accounts, stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
- Utilize project management methodologies to set expectations, define milestones, and establish timelines before initiating new projects.
- Take ownership of customer retention, sales, revenue generation, and project management activities.
- Maintain operational efficiency, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, maintainable, and cost-effective.
- Lead the implementation journey to accelerate customer adoption.
- Collaborate with customers to develop reporting elements, schedules, and success milestones.
- Manage project timelines, business transformation strategies, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Leverage technical expertise to drive discussions on incidents, trade-offs, and risk management.
- Provide detailed reviews of service disruptions, performance metrics, and pre- and post-sales consultations.
- Address customer issues efficiently, following predefined escalation processes.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in project management and solution/product delivery within an AI service organization or analytics platforms.
- At least 8 years of experience in account management or customer success management.
- Strong expertise in project management methodologies and tools.
- Experience in AI-driven solutions and analytics platforms.
- Proven ability to manage key accounts and build long-term customer relationships.
- Strong problem-solving and risk management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to handle service disruptions and drive operational efficiency.
- Technical understanding of business transformation strategies.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
