Responsibilities
- Manage financial and cost accounting (AR, AP, GL, forecasting, budgeting).
- Oversee daily finance operations and ensure timely financial reporting.
- Perform cost tracking, cash flow forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Maintain internal controls, accounting policies, and compliance.
- Support CFO in intercompany cost allocations and transfer pricing.
- Collaborate with departments to align financial strategies.
- Train and develop finance team members.
- Review and improve accounting procedures.
- Set goals and monitor team performance.
- Support hiring, training, and team development.
- Address team concerns and resolve issues.
- Ensure effective communication of strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 7–9 years in financial management, accounting, or a related field.
- Supervisory experience in financial reporting.
- Proficiency in large automated accounting systems and MS Office.
- Strong communication, analytical, and multitasking skills.
- Experience in group consolidation and transfer pricing.
- Technical: Advanced MS Office, accounting principles.
- Functional: IT domain knowledge.
