Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems in alignment with ISO 17025 standards.
- Perform regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with internal procedures and external regulatory requirements.
- Identify and address non-conformities, propose corrective actions, and monitor their effectiveness.
- Collaborate with laboratory staff to implement quality improvements and troubleshoot any issues impacting quality or efficiency.
- Provide guidance and training on quality systems, standards, and best practices.
- Prepare and present reports on quality metrics, audit findings, and corrective actions to senior management.
- Lead and support external audits, ensuring readiness for accreditation or recertification.
- Assist in the preparation and review of technical documentation, including SOPs, calibration certificates, and validation reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a laboratory environment under ISO 17025 accreditation.
- Strong understanding of quality management systems, excellent problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ISO 17025 and ISO 9001 standards.
- Quality Management System Certification (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).
- Lead Auditor Certification.
