Responsibilities

• Perform routine analyses and technical activities to monitor raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products.
• Plan and conduct physical/chemical tests on product quality according to established procedures.
• Ensure calibration and accuracy of laboratory instruments, performing calibration verification as needed.
• Investigate deviations and resolve non-conformities, defining corrective actions using problem-solving tools.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance product quality and efficiency.
• Ensure proper storage and identification of retention samples in line with standards.
• Communicate key information to colleagues to ensure smooth quality processes and meet productivity targets.
• Maintain logbooks and ensure traceability of all data according to QMS requirements.

Qualifications

• Technical school (laboratory) or Master’s Degree in Chemistry or a relevant discipline.
• At least 1 year of experience in the laboratory field (QA or industrial experience is a plus).
• Fluency in the local language and English.
• Knowledge of international standards (ISO) and quality tools.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in root cause analysis and statistical tools.
• Ability to transform data into information and generate reports effectively.
