Responsibilities

  • To ensure that the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of human resources plans, and programs are realized.
  • Contribute to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems.
  • Conducting induction and onboarding activities for the newly joined employees.
  • Taking care of employee grievances.
  • Responsible for employee relations.
  • Prepare and update PPTS and employee manuals.
  • Ensure that any letter issued by the organization is filed.
  • Follow up with the finance department on the Gossi payments.
  • Prepare monthly salary sheets for employees.
  • Issue short-term Business/ visit visas for the clients and vendors.
  • Good knowledge of Employment Law.
  • Experience in Human Resources Management.
  • Expert in employee interaction.

Qualifications 

  • Advanced computer skills including proficiency in MS Office.
  • Knowledge of the latest trends in HR tools.
  • Functional knowledge of the IT domain.
  • Diploma degree in HR.
