Responsibilities

  • Administer Compensation management and Performance management systems and ensure the related activities are conducted within stipulated timelines.
  • Onboarding process for the new employees.
  • Work closely with HR Advisors and other internal partners.
  • Plan, organize, and control the activities and actions of the HR department.
  • Facilitate the entire recruiting process, including; creating and posting job descriptions, conducting interviews, and creating offer packages.
  • Calculate the correct monthly salary incorporating overtime, deductions, bonuses, etc. with the assistance of a computer system.
  • Prepare and execute pay orders through an electronic system or distribute paychecks.
  • Prepare reports for senior management and finance departments.
  • Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
  • Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
  • Maintains human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Recruitment.
  • Excellent Arabic and English communication Skills.
  • Experience in Human Resources Management.
  • Good knowledge about Benefits Administration.
  • Ability to administer Performance Management.
  • Good knowledge of Employment Law.
  • Advanced computer skills including proficiency in MS Office.
  • Functional knowledge of the IT domain.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR.
