Responsibilities
- Fix monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in consultation with the senior management team.
- Monitor the status of all live enquiries to ensure all enquirer actions are completed in a timely professional manner and escalated to the senior management when required.
- Credit check all potential new clients prior to completion of a quote.
- Liaise with the sales team to capture all necessary information for quotes and to manage the dispatch of quotes to agreed timescales.
- Create a marketing and PR strategy for the company to be approved by the senior management.
- Co-ordinate the market and client news to produce sales leads, brief staff, and have a repository of live information.
- Maintain and manage the development of the company's various websites.
- Produce and organize the company’s PR collateral, e.g., press releases, articles, blogs, responses to questions on linked-in groups, etc.
- Delegate marketing, sales, and PR activities to team members where appropriate.
- Prepare sales MIS and present it to the senior management.
- Attend Sales and Marketing meetings, operations meetings, staff meetings, and senior management meetings including management review.
- Encourage and motivate team members to achieve common team objectives and identify areas for improvement and training.
Qualifications
- Result-oriented, strategic thinker, planner.
- Exceptional verbal and written communicational skills.
- Outstanding presentation skills.
- Strong planning and negotiating skills.
- Advanced computer skills including proficiency in MS Office.
- Sales CRM experience.
- Knowledge of latest marketing and sales strategies.
- Functional knowledge of the IT domain.
- Bachelor’s degree in sales/marketing.
- MBA in Marketing or Sales.
