Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing guidance and consulting on complex HR issues, policies, and strategies.
  • Partner with managers to understand business needs and challenges, and develop tailored HR solutions to support organizational goals.
  • Lead the implementation of HR programs and initiatives, including talent management, performance management, employee engagement, and organizational development.
  • Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, provide insights, and recommend data-driven actions to improve workforce productivity and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of HR services and alignment with broader business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with HR best practices, employment laws, and industry regulations, and ensure company policies and practices are compliant.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of the HR strategic plan, aligning HR priorities with the organization's overall vision and goals.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of relevant experience in HR business partnering, preferably in the FMCG, banking, or pharmaceutical industries.
  • PHR or aPHRI certification.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand and translate business needs into HR solutions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in data analysis and using HR metrics to drive decision-making.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
