Partner with managers to understand business needs and challenges, and develop tailored HR solutions to support organizational goals.
Lead the implementation of HR programs and initiatives, including talent management, performance management, employee engagement, and organizational development.
Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, provide insights, and recommend data-driven actions to improve workforce productivity and efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of HR services and alignment with broader business objectives.
Stay up-to-date with HR best practices, employment laws, and industry regulations, and ensure company policies and practices are compliant.
Contribute to the development and execution of the HR strategic plan, aligning HR priorities with the organization's overall vision and goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field.
4-5 years of relevant experience in HR business partnering, preferably in the FMCG, banking, or pharmaceutical industries.
PHR or aPHRI certification.
Strong business acumen and ability to understand and translate business needs into HR solutions.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in data analysis and using HR metrics to drive decision-making.
Collaborative mindset and ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
