Participates in developing the route-to-market strategy by directing the coverage plan to enhance and develop the customer reach.
Coordinates the development of trade promotions in collaboration with the sales team by preparing a promotional calendar, and preparing and executing the plan to maximize price competitiveness, block competition, and achieve customer loyalty.
Assists in designing customer loyalty programs. Follows up on their implementation to achieve program maximum effectiveness.
Manages interaction with the principal on a day-to-day basis to ensure close communication and compliance with principal requirements and respond to principal requests such as reports, data gathering, planning activities, etc.
Build brand awareness and increase brand value and profitability.
Conduct financial analysis of business opportunities to meet and exceed revenue and profitability targets.
Leads knowledge sharing by ensuring that the sales team is fully alert to competition activities and customer needs by conducting regular meetings with the sales team to collect feedback and brief them on competitor activity.
Conducts frequent visits to the field across all customer segments to ensure outstanding execution of promotional activities and collects feedback from the market to enhance promotional efficiency.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.
5-7 years of Brand Management /channel development & merchandising management experience in a FMCG / Telecoms environment with a large organization.
