Electronic Technical Specialist

Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance to all PMI and legal standards, policies, and guidelines related to Environment, Health, Safety, and Sustainability to prevent personnel, asset or societal loss.
- Participate in the Vertical Start Up for the digital, automation initiatives and projects.
- Responsible for defining and implementing optimal electronical maintenance standards in a quality perspective in new processes, and improving the existing.
- Contribute on the design phase of Digital and Automation Solutions/Products providing technical information about the current status of the factory (Master Data, hardware, software, firmware, etc).
- Support Asset Engineer/Tech Lead during monitoring and analysis of consumption of spare parts, costs, and overhead costs in order to be in line with budget proposals.
- Develop/review the training material for new solutions for the internal technical training in collaboration with the technical department
- Ensure self-capabilities based on step-up cards.
Qualifications
- Technical School (Secondary School in Electrical/Electronics or Technical University).
- Over 2 years of experience in electronics, digital systems, or automation within an industrial environment or similar activities.
- Skills in automation, troubleshooting, intermediate IT skills (Office), and training for trainers.
