Identify new business opportunities in the Egyptian market for the company's engineering services and products across industries such as FMCGs, Automotive, Packaging, Food & Beverage, and Detergents.
Secure contracts for engineering projects in the Egyptian market by presenting solutions, negotiating terms, and closing deals with new and existing clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients by understanding their needs, providing excellent pre-sales and post-sales support, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Form relationships with new potential clients in the target industries and expand the company's client base in Egypt.
Coordinate closely with the technical team within the organization to ensure seamless alignment between sales, engineering, and project delivery.
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets through effective prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and account management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
4-5 years of relevant experience in sales engineering, preferably in the FMCG, Automotive, Packaging, Food & Beverage, or Detergents industries.
Fluency in both English and Arabic languages.
Strong technical understanding of engineering products and solutions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
