Responsibilities:
Drive growth and achieve sales targets by effectively managing the sales team.
Monitor and ensure the team meets or exceeds sales goals.
Design and execute a business plan to expand the company’s customer base.
Ensure strong market presence and brand visibility.
Negotiate and implement Yearly Business Development Agreements.
Manage objective setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
Provide leadership, direction, and support to the sales team.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding and meeting customer needs.
Foster loyalty and repeat business through partnerships with customers.
Present sales reviews, revenue, and expense reports to the management team.
Provide realistic sales forecasts and conduct market analyses.
Stay informed about new products and the competitive landscape.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
5-8 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the supermarket/mini market channel.
Knowledge and familiarity with both the North and South areas.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a successful sales team.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office.
