Responsibilities:

  • 1. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company goals and objectives.
  • 2. Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • 3. Oversee employee performance management, including performance evaluations, coaching, and disciplinary actions when necessary.
  • 4. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations by staying up-to-date with changes in legislation and implementing necessary measures
  • .5. Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
  • 6. Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • 7. Handle employee relations matters by providing guidance on conflict resolution and conducting investigations as needed.
  • 8. Collaborate with management to develop strategies for talent retention and succession planning.
  • 9. Maintain accurate HR records, including personnel files, attendance records, and employee data in compliance with privacy laws.
  • 10. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes.

 

Requirements:

  • 1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 2. Proven experience as an HR Supervisor or similar role within the FMCG industry.
  • 3. Solid knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • 4. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • 5. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to effectively convey complex information.
  • 6. Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • 7. Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
  • 8. Proficiency in HRIS systems and other HR-related software.
  • 9. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • 10. High level of professionalism and integrity.
