Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company goals and objectives.
2. Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
3. Oversee employee performance management, including performance evaluations, coaching, and disciplinary actions when necessary.
4. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations by staying up-to-date with changes in legislation and implementing necessary measures
.5. Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
6. Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
7. Handle employee relations matters by providing guidance on conflict resolution and conducting investigations as needed.
8. Collaborate with management to develop strategies for talent retention and succession planning.
9. Maintain accurate HR records, including personnel files, attendance records, and employee data in compliance with privacy laws.
10. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field (Master's degree preferred).
2. Proven experience as an HR Supervisor or similar role within the FMCG industry.
3. Solid knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and best practices.
4. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
5. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to effectively convey complex information.
6. Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
7. Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
8. Proficiency in HRIS systems and other HR-related software.
9. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
10. High level of professionalism and integrity.
