Responsibilities
To ensure that the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of human resources plans, and programs are realized.
Contribute to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems.
Conducting induction and onboarding activities for the newly joined employees.
Taking care of employee grievances.
Responsible for employee relations.
Prepare and update PPTS and employee manuals.
Ensure that any letter issued by the organization is filed.
Follow up with the finance department on the Gossi payments.
Prepare monthly salary sheets for employees.
Issue short-term Business/ visit visas for the clients and vendors.
Good knowledge of Employment Law.
Experience in Human Resources Management.
Expert in employee interaction.
Qualifications
Advanced computer skills including proficiency in MS Office.
Knowledge of the latest trends in HR tools.
Functional knowledge of the IT domain.
Diploma degree in HR.
